Phase 5 is building our in-house development team and is looking for talented designers and developers.
Working at Phase 5 offers a chance to get involved in a wide range of grass roots projects developing solutions using a variety of Microsoft Technologies. As part of our team you will be able to directly influence the development projects and the way they are approached. You will help shape the solutions to our client’s needs, advising on different approaches to find the best solution. New ideas can be aired and adopted through weekly team meetings, as can any gripes and groans!

Our main office is located in central Hove just 6 minutes from the Station and a couple of minutes from the sea. Our development office provides a pleasant working environment and our monthly socials days help build strong team relationships. We actively encourage site visits to allow the development team to see their technology action.

Junior Developer
As the junior developer you will be responsible for developing high quality desktop, web and service applications. You'll will able to work well in small team and independently on side-projects. You will be using some of the latest Microsoft Technologies including WCF, WPF and .Net4. You will have a keen interest in software development and a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Graduate Developer
As the graduate developer you will be responsible for developing high quality desktop, web and service applications. You'll will able to work well in small team and independently on side-projects. You will be using some of the latest Microsoft Technologies including WCF, WPF and .Net4. You will have a keen interest in software development and a have a good understanding of the .NET framework.
Lead Designer
As the lead web designer you be responsible for the overall UI design of our self-service applications used by thousands of passengers on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for the design aspects of the back-office suite and lead the redevelopment of our public website. You will be expected to assess, recommend, develop and implement creative standards. You will be integrated into the development team ensuring design and development is in sync. You'll will able to work well in small team and independently on side-projects. You will be self-motivated and have a demonstrable experience of the Adobe suite, hand coding HTML and CSS.
